It is made up of several bilingual immigration therapists team licensed in Arizona, Florida, California, South Dakota, New Mexico, Minnesota and Ohio. All psychologists have extensive training in trauma treatment, attachment theory, social justice issues and specialists in immigration psychological evaluations.

Carla has been working in the mental health field for 20 years. Her Master’s Degree focuses on Trauma, Abuse and Deprivation. She specializes in trauma work with adults, as well as with anxiety, depression and self-esteem problems. She was granted her Independent License in Arizona in 2015. At that time, she started her private practice. She obtained her Florida telehealth out-of-state license in 2023 and her independent license in South Dakota in 2025. In her practice, she provides individual counseling and Immigration Psychological Evaluations for clients in English and in Spanish, and she supervises the work of the other clinicians from her team. In 2023, she decided to expand her practice in order to be able to be able to provide the Psychological Immigration Evaluations to more people, since this is her passion. She is an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Approved Clinical Supervisor. She specializes in EMDR Therapy. She is EMDR Certified, an EMDR Consultant, a National Certified Counselor and an EMDR Facilitator. She also provides EMDR Consultation to other clinicians. She has completed advanced training in Psychological Immigration Evaluations, EMDR, trauma work and dissociation. She has carried out hundreds of assessments for VAWA, U Visas, Waivers, Asylums and T Visas. She helps clients to reprocess past memories that are the root of their symptoms, providing relief and changing patterns of behavior. She enjoys seeing clients making positive changes in their lives and accomplishing their dreams and goals. Her training, experience, trauma background and the fact that she is bilingual help her to make a comprehensive assessment for the Psychological Immigration Evaluations that meet the standards required by USCIS.

Is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California since 2016 with 20 years of experience.
She has been practicing since 2004, providing psychological evaluation and therapy for hundreds of individuals, struggling with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including PTSD, depression and anxiety, as well as issues related to domestic violence, substance abuse, grief and loss, separation from loved ones and dislocation. In 2019, she completed advanced training at The Therapist Immigration Evaluation Training with Georgia King, in the best practices for conducting evaluations for clients seeking hardship waivers, asylum, and protection through the Violence Against Women Act.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in community mental health, specializing in PTSD, depression, and complex psychiatric conditions.

Cristina provides trauma-informed therapy and comprehensive mental health and immigration evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She has extensive experience working with asylum seekers and immigrant families. She meets each client where they are — with compassion, cultural humility, and clinical excellence — guiding them toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth.

With over sixteen years of experience serving diverse communities in outpatient community

mental health. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Family Studies & Human

Development from the University of Arizona (2008), and earned her Master’s in Professional

Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2012.

Elizabeth brings a strong foundation in clinical therapy, program coordination, and

comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. She has provided psychotherapy and evaluations for

individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including posttraumatic

stress, depression, anxiety, and the profound emotional impacts of familial separation. Fluent in

Spanish and deeply attuned to multicultural contexts, she excels in supporting clients from

diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Elizabeth has over nine years of leadership experience in the

social work field. She currently serves as a regional supervisor, guiding multidisciplinary teams

and supporting programs that serve immigrant communities. Her leadership is grounded in

traumainformed principles, cultural humility, and a commitment to strengthening systems of care

for vulnerable populations.

Her clinical work includes extensive experience with unaccompanied minors and individuals

navigating complex immigrationrelated stressors. Elizabeth has completed mental health

assessments for VAWA, Hardship Waivers, T Visas, U Visas, and Asylum cases, and is

recognized for her ability to integrate evidencebased interventions with a compassionate,

traumainformed approach.

Elizabeth is trained in TraumaInformed Care and EMDR, and has pursued continuous education

in trauma, immigration, family separation, trafficking, and child development. She is dedicated

to promoting holistic wellbeing and empowering individuals and families to recognize their

strengths, heal, and reach their full potential.

Harlyn V. Chacon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with over 15 years of experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. She is certified in Clinical Trauma and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMH-C) and is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.

 

Harlyn has completed hundreds of immigration evaluations with care and expertise, providing thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for asylum cases, hardship waivers, U visas, VAWA petitions, and other immigration-related matters. Her evaluations are detailed, evidence-based, and tailored to meet legal standards.

 

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Harlyn works with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring evaluations are accurate, compassionate, and responsive to each individual’s lived experiences. Her approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, creating a safe space where clients can share their stories openly and effectively.

 

Harlyn is dedicated to supporting individuals and families throughout the immigration process with professionalism, integrity, and clinical expertise.

Gabriella Quinones is a licensed master social worker (LMSW-19470) in the state of Arizona. She has experience working in community behavioral health as well as in medical social work. She have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with complex medical needs and psychiatric diagnoses, including spinal bifida, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability,

depression, anxiety, and medical trauma through an integrated care model. During this time, she have completed a number of psychosocial assessments and therapy sessions focusing on a person-center approach.
