I have been working in the mental health field for over 17 years. I am an Immigration Specialist, a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Therapy, Desensitization and Information Processing) Therapist, an Approved Consultant, and a Kundalini Yoga Instructor.
As a dual citizenship immigrant, I can understand the stress and prejudice of being an immigrant, as well as the joy of being able to obtain legal status in the United States.
